Our Director Andrew Cain works alongside his daughter Amelia, his son Jameson and his sister-in-law Dyvette. Our wider team includes David, Ryan, and Jin, many of whom have worked alongside the Cain family for years.

Our deliveries are carried out by David and Jameson, our own full-time staff, not subcontractors. They are experienced, police-checked, insured, very strong, and just as friendly!
We take care of it all so you don't have to:
- We deliver upstairs and to places with limited access
- Clean and vacuum the area to prepare the space for your new bed
- Full setup and installation with everything checked before we leave
- Detailed handover so you know how to use your new bed
- Packaging removal so you're left with no cleanup
- Old bed and furniture removal to be recycled rather than going in landfill

150 Night Comfort Guarantee
A new mattress can take time to get used to, and sometimes it can feel different at home than it did in the showroom. Our 150 Night Comfort Guarantee is there to give you peace of mind that our support doesn’t stop once your mattress is delivered.
If your body isn't adjusting to a mattress we've recommended, you’re not stuck with it. You have one free exchange, with up to 5 months to make the change.
Most exchanges simply involve moving to a different firmness within the same mattress range, but if needed, you can also change to a different mattress.

Registered Provider to NDIS + Support At Home
You can use your NDIS or Support At Home (formerly Home Care Packages) funding to purchase a bed through Life Changing Beds.
The process usually looks like this:
- Visit our showroom with your Occupational Therapist to trial suitable beds and find the right solution for your needs.
- We provide the quotes for the bed you and your OT select.
- Your OT writes a report explaining why the bed is suitable for your needs.
- The quote and OT report are submitted for approval to the NDIS or your SAH provider.
- Once approved, we’ll order your new bed, then arrange a date/time for delivery.
We work with clients and Occupational Therapists through this process regularly, so you don't have to navigate it alone.
