Using Humm as our preferred provider, we can give customers the flexibility they require to purchase their adjustable bed, mattress, or Home Care package bundle without stress, lengthy application delays, or ultimately being turned away.


Payment Options Available

Humm currently is the only provider to use buy now pay later payment options for ‘Little Things’ and ‘Big Thing’ purchases. What this means is that you can claim the following amounts across our range:

How Is Humm Used For Online & In-Store Orders?

Humm can be used as a top up for any product, with no minimum spend on orders under $2,000. Customers can choose how much they want to spend up front, and choose a financing plan that is flexible and tailored to your needs.

What Happens If I Return My Bed Or Mattress? Will I Get A Refund?

You will receive a full refund if the mattress or adjustable bed is not suitable for you (conditions apply) or if it is a defective product. In most cases, we can swap out the mattress with another one that is more suitable covered under our Peace of Mind Policy. However, if you are looking to return your adjustable bed or mattress, please get in touch with our team to discuss further.

Can I Change My Payment Amount For A Product?

No, this cannot be changed.

Can I Change My Scheduled Payment Date?

Yes, individual payment dates can be changed on the web or within the app. This can only be done for future dates (not on the day or previous).
