WHAT IS THE 150 NIGHT RISK FREE TRIAL PERIOD?

All our adjustable and standard mattresses come with a 150-night comfort and support guarantee based on our recommendations. This means that you have the opportunity to swap out any purchase within the first 150 nights with a new product one-time.

HOW DOES THE 150 NIGHT COMFORT AND SUPPORT GUARANTEE WORK?

The 150 Night Comfort and Support Guarantee begins the day you receive your new mattress including new stain guard protector. This period allows you to be eligible for one exchange free of charge, with each mattress purchase. It is important to note, you must contact Life Changing Beds within the first 30 days after your mattress purchase to discuss any concerns you have with your mattress not being comfortable. Unless you purchase a mattress protector from Life Changing Beds and ensure that it is always used on the mattress during the first 150 Nights after delivery, then the 150 Night Comfort and Support Guarantee does not apply and will be void.

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD ON MY PURCHASE?

All our products come with extended warranties which are well above the industry standard. We understand that our clients typically have requirements outside of normal time frames or requests, which is why we provide an extended warranty period regardless of the product.

HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM OR EXCHANGE MY ADJUSTABLE MATTRESS?

In order to claim and exchange your adjustable mattress or standard mattress you will need to contact our store via email or phone. Our experienced team will be able to assist you further with your exchange request.

DOES THIS GUARANTEE ALSO INCLUDE ADJUSTABLE BASES & BEDROOM FURNITURE?

All our adjustable bases are covered by manufacturers warranties as well as home brand warranties and do not form part of the 150 Night comfort and support guarantee. Pillows, bedroom furniture and other accessory items do not have a 150 Night Comfort and Support Guarantee.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND OR DON'T LIKE THE MATTRESS?

The comfort and support guarantee does not include change of mind. If you change your mind after purchase, and there is nothing wrong with the adjustable bed or mattress, then we are unable to offer an exchange.

WHAT HAPPENS TO DAMAGED OR RETURNED PRODUCTS?

Returned and/or damaged products are either donated to charities or families in need as long as they are not soiled or damaged, if so they are recycled.

IF YOU DISPOSE OF RETURNED PRODUCTS, DO YOU DO SO IN A SUSTAINABLE WAY?

Yes, we exclusively use an approved and responsible recycling company based in Melbourne or donate ex-hire and comfort guarantee stock to those in need.

OLD MATTRESS REMOVAL CONDITIONS

Our team only removes mattresses and bed bases in a clean and sanitary condition. Our drivers’ have the right of refusal at their own discretion, and we do not remove old bedroom furniture unless included within agreed furniture amount quote for.

DO I NEED TO BOOK A BED MATTRESS REMOVAL?

Yes. All mattress removals must be booked and appear on a store invoice at the time of purchase. We also only remove mattresses within the Melbourne Metro area.

WHAT ARE CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY?

Warranties for your adjustable mattress will be void if repairs have been made or attempted by a service provider other than Life Changing Beds, or third parties approved by the manufacturer, are damaged, or have been altered in any way.
