We will ensure that your adjustable base is working properly prior to us leaving as well as a professional handover ensuring you understand how to use, your new products properly.

Someone does need to be home normally to receive the product and sign for the goods.

We are experts when it comes to multi-story homes as well as single level homes, apartments, small homes, and aged care and health care facilities including nursing homes.

We deliver and install our adjustable beds upstairs, a feature of Life Changing Beds services to you, our customer.

We also specialize in fragile deliveries including city apartment towers with limited access.

We take away your old beds & mattresses as well help any internal movement of beds from room to room.  This installation service is very popular amongst our clients. Please ask our staff about the price for this service.

All deliveries made by our Company normally require a meeting in the showroom or on the phone whereby we explain the detail regarding delivery and installation. We are ready to make everyone happy on the day your new bed arrives.

We offer a white glove service, which we will quote during your visit to Life Changing Beds should you require this service. A general clean is provided with every delivery.

Orders of adjustable beds & mattresses typically take approximately 10 business days. We also build custom power beds with multi-function taking up to 6 weeks depending on the model. Our bedroom furniture, headboards, bases, bed surrounds  take approximately 4-5 weeks to make.

Where extra-long and extra wide Hi-Lo adjustable beds and mattresses are being custom made, it takes approximately four to five weeks before delivery.  We will let you know in advance of the actual delivery time and date.

Yes, the reveal system is used by leading clinicians around the world. It provides users with a very detailed analysis of your body’s support area. That very much depends on the type of model that you purchase, but we always aim to provide product that has lasts a lifetime.  This means that the majority of our equipment will have a life of 10 plus years. We will inform you at your time of purchase how long each product will last.

We provide a natural mattress surface that is breathable and is designed to provide you with the best skincare possible. We are able to do so by reducing pressure on your sleep surface by our use of natural fibres and design techniques. We also ensure you choose the best possible pillow that complements the mattress as pillows provide 30% of upper body support when you're lying in the mattress.

We have the largest range of adjustable beds in Melbourne. All of our equipment is designed and catered to each of our client’s budgets.  We are NDIS approved providers since January 2017 and we work with you and your Occupational Therapist to get your bed approved.

We require a 50% deposit when the order is confirmed, and the balance is payable prior to delivery. Payment can be made on the phone or by an EFT to our bank.

We have some mattresses within our range that use fire retardants and thus is typical of our Commercial ranges. Included in our range are products that are currently used by some of the leading hotels around the world.

Dry compound cleaning is the best way to clean the mattress, we do not recommend to wash the cover materials of the mattress in the washing machine or use in the dryer.  Using a reputable mattress cleaning service without exposing the mattress to too much moisture during that process is the best option.

A mattress protector is highly recommended at all times when using our Life Changing Beds products. 

A mattress protector must be used if you want to be eligible for our 150-night comfort and support guarantee. Not using a mattress protector will void your warranty.

The Life Changing Beds mattress factories require the mattress to be hygienically clean at all times, and to keep the mattress free of any stains, a protector is the best way to do this.

Yes, you can.

It is our professional advise that you do not use an electric blanket with our products as they have been specifically fitted with your body temperature in mind. We do understand that people need to go to bed into and use a warm surface, but there are other ways that are better than using an electric blanket.

We provide warranties on all our product ranges. Typically, all extended above industry standard – what does this mean? We understand what our clients need especially outside of normal hours or requests.
