Hi-Lo beds provide the ability to raise and lower the overall height of the adjustable bed. A Hi-Lo adjustable bed may suit someone who needs a different height for transfers, wheelchair access, hoist access or assistance from a carer. While making it easier to make the bed after use.

Split King and Companion Beds

A split king configuration places two sleeping surfaces side by side, allows for independent control over their side of the bed as standard, however there is the option on some models to synchronise the adjustable beds to work as one big bed as well.

Life Changing Beds can quote delivery and installation based on the product, location and work required. The agreed service may include room placement, assembly, a functional check, operating instructions and packaging removal. Life Changing Beds deliver upstairs, to apartments & complex delivery locations, while providing detailed handover for each clients.

Moving furniture or removing an old bed must be arranged in advance. Life Changing Beds deliver anywhere in Victoria with our own delivery service. We can deliver inter-state, however it will be through a third party freight company.

NDIS and Support at Home Enquiries

An adjustable bed may be considered for funding when it relates to a person’s disability, goals or assessed support needs.

Funding is not automatic, and no adjustable bed is universally “NDIS approved”. Approval depends on the participant, plan or service plan, evidence, selected equipment and current program requirements. An OT needs to be present for the trialling the bed to make sure it meets the requirements for approval.
