They will not only deliver and set up your new bed with care, they will clean the space, remove all packaging, and can even take away an old bed for you. We offer a 150-night comfort and support guarantee on our mattresses, giving you peace of mind when choosing a solution for your loved one. This guarantee allows for one free exchange within the same range (for example, from soft to medium), giving the user time to trial the mattress and adjust properly.

If your chosen mattress isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to find a better option from our range. It’s all part of our commitment to helping families make confident, informed choices. If a change is needed, the first swap is complimentary. Any further exchanges may incur a delivery fee.

All of our adjustable beds and therapeutic mattresses are eligible for funding under Home Care Packages, NDIS, TAC, and WorkSafe programs. We work closely with case managers, plan managers, and occupational therapists to provide clinical justification, equipment quotes, and supporting documentation to help fast-track applications and ensure compliance with funding criteria.

We understand the Home Care Package system (My Aged Care) can be overwhelming, especially with long wait times for higher-level support. That’s why our experienced team takes the time to guide you through the process. 

Our range of therapeutic sleep solutions falls under the Assistive Technology category and can often be accessed through Level 1–4 packages depending on individual care needs. We also offer financial assistance options through Humm finance for those who are waiting for their package to be approved or need to bridge the gap between funding and product cost.
